The option is chosen by the customer at the time of purchase, with fees varying according to each modality.
DEADLINES
· The timeframe begins after payment confirmation and validation of registration data .
· The product may take up to 48 hours to be shipped after payment confirmation.
· Delivery time is up to 16 business days , varying according to the address and shipping method.
· Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not included in the deadline calculation.
Delivery can be made to third parties at the address provided (doormen, family members or residents), as long as they sign the delivery receipt.
Factors that may delay delivery.
· Customer absent from address.
· Incorrect registration data
· Change of address
· Refusal to accept
· Strikes, heavy rains, floods, accidents, cargo theft, and other force majeure events.
