To ensure transparency and a good shopping experience, all exchange or return requests must be made exclusively via email: contato@capicilin.com.br
⚠️ Products returned without prior notice, outside the deadline, showing signs of use, or missing items/accessories will be sent back to the customer without consultation.
Upon receiving your order, refuse delivery if:

The packaging is open or damaged ;

The product does not match the order ;

Accessories are missing .

1. WITHDRAWAL / REGRET OR EXCHANGE
Conditions:

Application deadline: up to 7 (seven) calendar days after receipt. Applications submitted after this deadline will not be accepted.

The product must be:

In the original packaging;

No signs of use;

With the seal intact;
-
Comes with invoice, manual and accessories.

If there is any damage, missing items, or evidence of use, CAPICILIN is exempt from accepting the return, issuing a refund, or making an exchange.
Refund and shipment of the new product:

The refund will only be processed after an assessment of the product's condition.

The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

After we receive and validate the product, the processing time for the new order is up to 30 days , following the standard delivery timeframe of the postal service for the region.

The shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the customer's responsibility , except in cases of error on the part of CAPICILIN.
2. Defective product
Conditions:

The request must be made within 7 calendar days of receipt.

The product must be shipped:

In the original packaging;

No signs of wear;

Includes invoice, manual, and accessories.

All products will undergo technical analysis .

If no defect is found or the above conditions are not met, the product will be returned to the customer, with shipping costs paid by the consumer .

If the defect results from misuse , the product will also be returned to the customer, according to the technical report.

Even within the 7-day period, CAPICILIN may choose to repair the product , as stipulated by the Consumer Protection Code.

The deadline for exchanges or returns due to defects is up to 30 days after CAPICILIN receives the product, plus the delivery time.
REFUSAL OF DELIVERIES
If the customer refuses to accept the order for reasons unrelated to defects or damage, a new shipment may be made, however the shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility .
